Description | Our group has won the race that included more than 30 companies from the local market, the Gulf region, and international as well, and is pulling its way to be among the top facade subcontractors on the local Qatari market, after only 3 years of the start of operations in the state of Qatar and with very harsh conditions and competition as well as the recent arrival of the financial crisis.
We secured the project after several months of the tedious prequalification process undertaken by the specialized facade team of HOCHTIEF that led a thorough analysis to determine the most qualified company to execute this fast track project that they will rely on the logistic strength, technical capability, planning, and financial sustainability. The type 5 of the project is spread over 2.2 Km length and it represents 38% of the total project.
The project is extremely demanding in terms of Health, Safety, and Environmental requirements, for this purpose we deployed a large number of qualified engineers, safety personnel, quality control inspectors, and aluminum technicians as well. The total expected staff to be involved in the project could reach up to 250 people of all qualifications.
The group invested for this project in a large number of heavy-duty mast climbers to accelerate the works and reduce the quantity of manpower, increasing the performance and safety awareness that is one of our main concerns.
